I think that what you published was very logical. However, think on this, suppose you were to write a killer title? I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your website, but suppose you added a post title that makes people want more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little plain. You might look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create post titles to get viewers interested. You might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab readers excited about everything've got to say. Just my opinion, it could make your website a little bit more interesting.
